Hey There!

I'm so glad you're here.

About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), dual-licensed in Texas and California.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families who are ready to reach their full potential.
I see California clients via Zoom or telehealth, and Texas clients both in person and online.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because therapy changed me.
It helped me face what my family couldn’t — addiction, secrets, and shame — and in doing so, it helped me heal and grow.

Some members of my family still hold stigma toward therapy. I understand why. For generations, we were told that needing help meant something was wrong with us. But what I’ve learned is that therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering who we are beneath the noise.

“We’re not toasters; we don’t need repairing.
We are already enough.”

When I sit with my clients, I don’t see pathology.
I see humans — growing, hurting, unfolding.

Therapy isn’t always “healing.” Sometimes it’s growth.
Sometimes it’s messy, awkward, or tender.
But every moment of honest connection is sacred — because connection is what allows us to become more of who we’ve always been.

I’m not a white-collar, distant therapist.
I’m a human being sitting across from another human being.

And together, we make meaning.

Education & Life

I graduated with a double B.A. in Psychology and Communications from San Francisco State University, and earned my M.A. in Integral Counseling from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).

I am a recovering perfectionist who now marvels in the imperfect perfection of my life as a mother, wife, and business owner.
